Fill the beef with water and boil until tender for at least an hour. Remove the meat and finely chop

Cut the pickles into cubes and simmer in a frying pan in a small amount of water.

Separately fry the onion until golden and mix with tomato paste.

Cut the sausage and olives, send all the ingredients to the broth and boil the hodgepodge for 5 minutes after boiling.
