If you don't know how to cook radish, it doesn't matter. It's really not the most popular ingredient, although in my opinion it's just very underestimated. Today I will tell you how to cook a hearty and rich soup with tomatoes and vegetables with radish.
Ingredients
- Meat broth - 2 l
- Radish - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- String beans - 150 g
- Green peas - 150 g
- Celery - 1 stem
- Tomato paste - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the radish into strips and randomly chop the rest of the vegetables.
Bring the broth to a boil and add the radish.
After 5 minutes, add the remaining vegetables and stir the soup.
After another 5 minutes, add spices and tomato. Stir again and cook until the vegetables are ready.
