Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the beef until tender. Separately boil the potatoes and eggs.
When everything cools down, cut all the ingredients into small cubes. Chop the greens.
Mix everything with yogurt and add spices or mustard if desired.
Pour the okroshka with kefir to taste.
