- Fig - 100 g
- Tomatoes - 800 g
- Carrots - 400 g
- Onion - 400 g
- Hot red pepper - half a string
- Garlic - 1 head
- Walnuts - 150 g
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Vinegar - 50 ml
- Greenery (any) – 50 g
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 30 g
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the tomatoes and chop them in a blender.
Chop the herbs, hot pepper and peeled onion. Grate the carrots.
Dry the nuts in a frying pan and chop them in a blender.
Fry onions and carrots in oil until golden brown.
Add tomatoes, hops-suneli and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add water, hot pepper, salt, crushed garlic, nuts, herbs and washed rice. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, put it in clean jars and close the lids tightly.
