A great way to make a delicious and healthy billet for the winter. Raspberries are crushed with a blender, mixed with sugar, and then frozen in ice molds. Berries are not cooked, so they retain a maximum of vitamins and nutrients.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the raspberries and put them on a paper towel to dry.

Dry berries cover with half of the sugar and grind in a blender.

Rub the resulting mass through a sieve to remove the bones.

Add the remaining sugar and mix well.

Put the workpiece into ice molds and put it in the freezer for 1 hour.

For easy storage, place the raspberry cubes in zip bags.
