Ingredients
- Physalis - 1 kg
- Water - 1 glass
- Sugar - 750 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean the physalis and boil for 5 minutes in boiling water. Flip it into a colander.
Cook a homogeneous syrup of water and sugar.
Pour the physalis and leave for an hour.
Bring the physalis to a boil and let cool.
Bring it to a boil again and roll it into sterile jars.
