Ingredients
- Pork belly (smoked) – 300 g
- Smoked sausage - 200 g
- Cucumbers (salty) – 2 pieces
- Olives - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomato sauce - 80 ml
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Black Pepper - 3 peas
- Salt - to taste
- Dill (for submission) – 3 twigs
- Lemon (for submission) – half
- Water (filtered) – 2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the brisket, sausage, cucumbers, onion, dill and lemon.
In a preheated frying pan with oil, fry the onion until golden brown.
Add the sausage, smoked brisket and cook for 7 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, a little water and black pepper peas. Soak everything together for 5 minutes.
Boil the water, pour in the roast, cucumbers and olives. Boil for 10 minutes over low heat.
Add salt and turn off after 2 minutes. Insist the hodgepodge under the lid for 10-15 minutes.
Serve the soup by adding a slice of lemon and sprinkling generously with dill.
