Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare and chop the vegetables.
Mix everything in a large saucepan, add sugar, salt, oil and black pepper. Cover with a lid and leave for 2 hours.
Arrange the vegetables in jars, pour the resulting liquid.
Sterilize for 15 minutes, pour in the vinegar and roll up.
