White plum jam

I love making this jam in the middle of plum season. I use only fresh fruit, add sugar and lemon juice to create a rich taste and aroma. This jam is perfect for breakfast with toast or adding as a filling to pastries.


  • Plums (white) – 1 kg
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Lemon juice - 30 ml
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the seeds from the plums and randomly cut the halves.

Cover with sugar and leave for a couple of hours.

Bring to a boil and boil for half an hour on low heat.

Add lemon juice and spices to taste.

Boil the jam for another 15 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
