Meat is often baked on New Year's holidays. It is appropriate to serve grape sauce to such dishes. Cook it in the fall and roll it up. By winter, it will infuse and become even tastier! I recommend using small jars or bottles for this.
Ingredients
- Grapes - 2 kg
- Apple cider vinegar - 150 ml
- Ginger - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar (without slide) – 1 art.l.
- Salt (without slide) – 1 tbsp.l.
- Water - 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the grapes from the brushes and rinse thoroughly.
Fill the berries with water and boil for 5 minutes.
Flip into a colander, cool and rub through a sieve.
Mix the resulting mass with water, sugar, salt and spices. Boil for 30 minutes on low heat, stirring frequently.
Add vinegar, mix and immediately pour into the prepared container. Close the lids tightly and put them away for storage in a dark, cool place a day later.
