Ingredients

  • Lemongrass (Chinese) – 1 kg
  • Water - 0.5 cups
  • Sugar - 1.4 kg

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pick the berries from the branches, cover with sugar and leave for a day.

Add water and bring the workpiece to a boil.

Cook the jam on low heat for half an hour, stirring.

Put it in sterile jars for the winter.
