Cucumber lecho for winter without sterilization

No zucchini and eggplant? It doesn't matter, an excellent lecho can be made from cucumbers. Even overgrown and twisted vegetables are used. Peel them, remove the core with the seeds and feel free to get down to business!
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 500 g
- Onion - 500 g
- Garlic - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 120 ml
- Vinegar - 120 ml
- Hops-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt (with slide) – 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and slice cucumbers, bell peppers and onions.
Pass tomatoes through a juicer.
Mix tomato juice with spices, sugar and salt. Boil for 10 minutes.
Fry the onion in oil until transparent.
Add cucumbers, bell pepper, crushed garlic and roast to the boiling juice. Boil on low heat for 20 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar and immediately turn off the heat.
Spread the lecho into sterilized jars, roll it up and turn it upside down.
