For many years I have been cooking dried plums for the winter. A delicious preparation can be eaten just like that, used to make compotes and jelly. Some people dry fruits in the sun, but I prefer to do it in the oven. I tell you my way.
Ingredients
- Plums - 2 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the plums in half and peel the seeds.
Place the fruit on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Please note that they should not touch each other.
Dry 8-10 hours in the oven at 60 degrees with the door ajar.
Cool the finished plums, put them in dry jars and close the lids tightly.
