Tomato ketchup with apples, onions and garlic

If you like a variety of sauces, prepare tomato ketchup with apples, onions and garlic. You will enjoy the sweet and sour taste and delicate fruity aroma. To keep the ketchup better preserved, add vinegar or lemon juice before turning it off.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Apples (medium) – 3 pieces
- Onion - 200 g
- Garlic - 50 g
- Vinegar - 80 ml
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 140 g
- Salt - 25 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and slice the tomatoes.
Peel the onion and garlic from the husk, chop.
Peel the apples, cut into quarters and peel the seeds.
Pass all the blanks through a meat grinder and mix.
Put on low heat and boil for 45 minutes.
Add spices, sugar, salt and cook for another 15 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar and remove from the heat after 1 minute.
Spread the hot ketchup into sterilized jars and roll it up.
