Ingredients
- Turkey (boiled) – 300 g
- Cucumbers (medium) – 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Lettuce - 50 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Oregano - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the boiled turkey in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
Cool and cut into small pieces.
Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, lettuce leaves and peeled onions.
Mix turkey, vegetables, lettuce, salt, ground pepper and oregano.
Add olive oil and lemon juice. Gently mix with special forceps.
