Vegetable hodgepodge with mushrooms and cabbage for winter

If you like solyanka, but don't like to cook it, I suggest you stock up once and for the future. Such a vegetable hodgepodge with cabbage and mushrooms in small jars will delight throughout the winter, and throughout the year. You don't have to do it all over again every time.
Ingredients
- Cabbage - 3 kg
- Carrots - 500 g
- Onion - 500 g
- Mushrooms - 1.5 kg
- Vinegar - 0.25 glasses
- Vegetable oil - 250 ml
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Tomato sauce - 250 g
- Sugar - 0.5 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the mushrooms for 15 minutes in boiling water and chop.
Randomly chop all the vegetables into a hodgepodge.
Mix together and mash them with salt, sugar and butter.
Bring to a boil and simmer for an hour on low heat.
Add mushrooms and tomato sauce, and simmer for another hour.
Pour in the vinegar, mix and roll the hodgepodge into sterilized jars.
