Ingredients
- Blueberries - 500 g
- Sugar - 400 g
- Water - 4 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick blueberries and rinse thoroughly.
Place the berries in sterilized jars, filling no more than one-third.
Pour boiling water to the top, cover with lids and leave for 20 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar and boil for 2 minutes.
Pour the boiling syrup into the jars, roll it up, turn it upside down and wrap it with a thick towel.
