I want to share with you my favorite version of "Mimosa" for the festive table! The main ingredient is canned fish. And in general, the recipe is almost traditional, but there are a few important nuances!
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Butter - 20 g
- Chicken eggs - 3-4 pieces
- Carrots - 2-3 pieces
- Canned fish - 2 banks
- Cheese - 100 g
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes until tender and mash in mashed potatoes with butter.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Boil the eggs and rub the whites and yolks separately.
Boil or bake the carrots until soft and rub them too.
Lay out layers: potatoes, fish, cheese, proteins, carrots and yolks. Randomly smear the layers with mayonnaise.
