Ingredients
- Chicken liver - 400 g
- Tomatoes - 200 g
- Sesame - 1 tbsp.l .
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Greenery (any) – 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.l.
- Sauce (kochudyan) – 30 ml
- Ground ginger - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken liver and dry it thoroughly with paper towels.
Fry the liver in vegetable oil until tender.
Chop the greens and tomatoes.
Lightly dry sesame seeds in a frying pan.
Mix chicken liver, tomatoes, herbs and sesame seeds.
Add garlic, salt, spices, soy sauce passed through the press and mix.
