This is the most delicious and most useful variation of homemade crab salad especially for the youngest gourmets. When serving, I suggest decorating it not only with greens, but also with funny figures from vegetables.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 350 g
- Peking cabbage - 1 head
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Corn - 1 bank
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Yogurt - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the carrots until tender and boil the eggs separately.
Cut the eggs, carrots, peppers and crab sticks into small cubes.
Chop the Peking cabbage and chop the greens.
Add the corn, stir in the salad and season with yogurt. Season as desired.
