Salad &171;Pomegranate bracelet&187; with chicken and mushrooms
Is it time to update the festive menu with original and delicious dishes? Then try the salad "Pomegranate bracelet". A little patience and your efforts will be rewarded! Champignons, oyster mushrooms or forest mushrooms are suitable for this recipe.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Beetroot (boiled) – 250 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Carrots (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Garnet (grains) – 2 glasses
- Mayonnaise - 200 ml
- Vegetable oil (for roasting) – 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chicken fillet, mushrooms and peeled onion.
Peel beets, potatoes and carrots and grate.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Add chicken, mushrooms and continue cooking for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add salt, pepper, turn off the heat and cover for 10 minutes.
Place a glass in the center of a wide plate.
Lay out the potatoes, pepper, salt and smear with mayonnaise.
Lay out the carrots and mushrooms with onions in the following layers.
Lay out the beets, add salt, pepper and smear with mayonnaise on all sides.
Decorate with pomegranate seeds, placing them thickly over the entire surface.
Carefully remove the glass and put the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
