Tired of monotonous recipes? Try to cook this layered salad! It would seem nothing unusual, but sea cabbage gives it a completely new taste. Try to add less mayonnaise, the salad turns out juicy without it.
Ingredients
- Potatoes (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Carrots (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Sea cabbage (pickled) – 200 g
- Pickled cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise (salad) – 50 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut cucumbers, peeled eggs, carrots and potatoes into small cubes.
Use kitchen scissors to chop the seaweed.
Lay out layers of potatoes, pickled cucumbers, carrots, seaweed and eggs. After each layer, add a little salt, ground pepper and mayonnaise.
You can decorate the salad with green peas, pieces of boiled eggs or vegetables.
