Delicious and beautiful "Garnet bracelet" will definitely appeal to all your guests. Cook it with chicken and walnuts, assemble it in layers and decorate with additional decor. I share a simple recipe for an original salad!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 250 g
- Beetroot (boiled) – 200 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Walnuts - half a glass
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 180 ml
- Pomegranate (grains) – 2 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the boiled chicken into small cubes.
Dry the walnuts in a frying pan and chop them in a blender.
Peel beets, potatoes, carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
Place a glass in the center of a wide plate. This will give the salad a ring shape. First, lay out the potatoes. Add salt, ground pepper and a little mayonnaise.
Then lay out the chicken mixed with nuts. Season with salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
Evenly distribute the carrots, and then the beets. Sprinkle with pepper, salt and smear with mayonnaise on all sides.
Decorate the salad with pomegranate seeds on top, carefully remove the glass.
Insist the finished salad for 1.5-2 hours in the refrigerator.
