- Funchosa - 100 g
- Korean carrots - 300 g
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l .
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the funchosa with boiling water and leave it under the lid for 10 minutes.
Flip the glass noodles into a colander and rinse with water.
Grate cucumbers on a special grater or cut into thin cubes.
Mix noodles, cucumbers and Korean carrots.
Add salt, lemon juice, vegetable oil and mix. Before serving, put the salad in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
