- Jerusalem Artichoke - 500 g
- Honey - 0.5 cups
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thoroughly wash the Jerusalem artichoke, peel and grate it on a fine grater.
Add honey and leave for 2 hours.
Scald the lemon with boiling water, chop it with a blender and add it to the same place.
Mix everything together and roll it into a sterile jar. Store in a cool place.
