Chop the cabbage and mix with sugar and salt.

Grate the carrots, chop the onions and add them to the cabbage.

Pour in the oil and mix everything. Leave it for a while to release the juice.

Add spices, bring the soup to a boil and cook for 30-40 minutes on low heat.

Add vinegar and roll the soup into sterilized jars.
