  • Citric acid - on the tip of the knife

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the Tibetan raspberries and chop them in a blender.

Add sugar, stir and leave for 30-40 minutes so that the crystals have time to dissolve.

Put the pan on low heat, bring to a boil and add citric acid.

Boil for 3-5 minutes, put in sterilized jars and roll up.
