Wash oranges with boiling water, peel and disassemble into slices.

Finely chop the orange slices, put them in a saucepan with a thick bottom and cover with sugar. Cover with a lid and leave for 1.5-2 hours.

Simmer for 15 minutes.

Add the juice of half a lemon and boil for another 2-3 minutes.

Arrange the jam in jars, roll it up and turn it upside down.
