You don't need to be a professional chef to cook PP cakes at home. This is no more difficult than any homemade baking, and sometimes even easier. This time I want to share my favorite recipe with cherries. The cake is perfect for tea and will please the household.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Kefir - 40 ml
- Baking powder dough - 0.5 tsp.
- Rice flour - 50 g
- Sugar substitute - 5 g
- Kefir - 300 ml
- Cottage cheese (5%) – 170 g
- Gelatin - 15 g
- Sugar substitute - 5 g
- Water - 70 ml
- Gelatin - 5 g
- Water - 40 ml
- Sugar substitute - 3 g
- Cherry (without pits) – 250 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Separate the whites and whisk to peaks with a pinch of salt.
Whisk the yolks with sweetener to taste. Add kefir and mix.
Add the dry ingredients and mix again.
Gradually mix the proteins into the dough, pour it into the mold and bake the cake for 15-20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
Let the cake cool on the grill.
For the cherry layer, dilute the gelatin in water according to the instructions and whisk all the ingredients.
Pour the cherries on the cake and put the cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
For cottage cheese, too, dilute the gelatin in water. And then beat all the ingredients together with a mixer.
Pour over the cherry layer and put the cake back in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Decorate to taste.
