- Cottage cheese (dry) – 400 g
- Honey - 2 art.l.
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l .
- Baking powder - 5 g
- Butter - 2 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork or rub through a sieve.
Add the egg, honey, 2 tablespoons of flour and baking powder, and mix.
Form cheesecakes, roll in the remaining flour and fry in butter on both sides.
