I love Hawaiian poke for its brightness, beauty, ease of preparation and balance of flavors. And all this at the same time! Poke can be cooked with fish, or it can be completely vegetarian. For example, with soy cheese tofu. I share my favorite recipe!
Ingredients
- Red cabbage - 120 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Radish - 4 pieces
- Pumpkin - 160 g
- Tofu - 200 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Sesame - 2 art.l.
- Green onion - 1 pen
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut tofu, pumpkin and cucumbers into cubes.
Fry tofu and pumpkin with your favorite spices in oil separately from each other.
Thinly chop the cabbage.
Cut the radish into thin slices.
Beautifully put the poke in bowls and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Add your favorite sauce to taste.
