One of my favorite everyday snacks in a hurry is these sandwiches with pita bread in a frying pan. Firstly, it turns out very satisfying, at least because they are hot. Secondly, I don't like bread too much, and this is a great alternative.
Ingredients
- Lavash - 2 of the sheet
- Cream cheese - 100 g
- Cheese - 120 g
- Ham - 150 g
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pita bread in half. Brush with cream cheese.
Lay out thin slices of cheese and ham.
Lay out the tomato slices and roll up the sandwiches in any convenient way.
Fry them in a frying pan on both sides.
