It is worth adding a little beer to the usual batter – and now it already acquires a completely different taste and aroma. This is a great solution for snacks. Especially if you fry something with a neutral taste, like white fish.
Ingredients
- Pollock (fillet) – 800 g
- Flour - 140 g
- Beer - 100 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix eggs with beer and add flour to the consistency of thick sour cream.
