The easiest way to diversify your favorite chicken liver pate is to add something to it. For example, I really like to add mushrooms. Absolutely any that you like best will do – from champignons to white ones.
Ingredients
- Chicken liver - 600 g
- Onion - 150 g
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Thyme - 1 twig
- Cream - 100 ml
- Butter - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion and mushrooms, and fry in a spoonful of oil until tender. Add the cream, simmer for a minute and season.
Slice the liver and fry it in butter too.
Chop the liver and mushrooms in a blender.
Add spices, thyme and add the remaining oil for consistency.
