Speaking of a variety of vegan snacks, it is impossible to ignore hummus. His recipes are much more than it seems at first glance. For example, I really like this kind of Arabic snack. This hummus is especially good with a fresh slice of pita bread.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas (canned) – 2 glasses
  • Tahini - 3 art.l.
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Parsley (optional) – 1 bundle
  • Paprika - 1 tsp.
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
  • Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
  • Olive oil - 20-40 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the parsley stalks and peel the garlic.

Put chickpeas, garlic, parsley and tahini in a blender.

Whisk, add spices, lemon juice and oil to taste.

Whisk the hummus again.
