Ingredients
- Carrots (sweet) – 500 g
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the carrots and rinse thoroughly.
Using a vegetable peeler, cut the carrots into thin slices.
Add oil, salt, ground pepper and mix well.
Put the carrot pieces on a covered baking sheet and put them in the oven for 20 minutes, preheated to 180 degrees.
Flip the chips to the other side and bake for another 20 minutes at 160 degrees.
