Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 120 g
- Champignons - 4-6 pieces
- Mozzarella - 50 g
- Cream - 60 ml
- Shrimp (large peeled) – 6 pieces
- Butter - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the shrimp in a shell on half of the butter for 4-5 minutes, let cool slightly, peel and slice. You can add a spoonful of teriyaki.
Finely chop the chicken and fry in the remaining oil for 3 minutes.
Add the chopped mushrooms and fry for another minute.
Put the chicken and shrimp in the molds.
Pour cream and cover with grated mozzarella or other cheese.
Put julienne in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
