Carrots and cream cheese are not the most common combination, but in this lavash roll they are surprisingly harmonious. You can mix the filling completely or lay it out alternately so that it goes in layers – as you like.
Ingredients
- Lavash - 2 of the sheet
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Cream cheese - 150 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fold two sheets of lavash overlap.
Mix cream cheese with crushed garlic and spread a thin layer on 2/3 of the pita bread.
Grate the carrots on a fine grater, lightly squeeze, and spread on the free edge of the pita bread.
Roll a tight carrot roll to the center, tighten it in a film and leave it in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
