Lavash rolls are easy to cut into portions, which makes them convenient for serving. Therefore, I very often prepare them for the festive table, for any occasion and with a variety of fillings. One of my favorite combinations is crab sticks with cucumber.
Ingredients
- Lavash - 1 sheet
- Cream cheese - 100 g
- Crab sticks - 150 g
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the eggs and grate them.
Finely chop crab sticks, large cucumber and greens.
Smear the pita bread with cream or cottage cheese.
Lay out the filling, form a roll, tighten it into a film and send it to the refrigerator for an hour.
Cut the roll.
