For a long time I did not dare to cook jelly in a slow cooker. It turned out to be very convenient. Of course, it is not possible to cook broth in huge portions for known reasons. But I think it's even good.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the beef ribs and turkey wing, put them in a bowl of a slow cooker.

Pour in the water, close the lid and activate the "Extinguishing" program for 4 hours.

After 3 hours, add carrots and peeled onions to the broth.

After the beep, take the meat out on a plate and put it aside to cool.

Discard the onion, cut the carrots into small pieces.

Strain the broth, pour it into the bowl of a slow cooker, add salt and pepper. Boil for 2 minutes on the "Soup" program.

Separate the meat from the bones and finely chop.

Put the meat and carrot pieces into the prepared containers.

Pour the broth and put it in a cool place for 6 hours.
