Chicken jelly with vegetables

Jelly does not have to be fat and heavy. Alternatively, you can cook it with chicken and vegetables. According to the recipe, a little gelatin is added, so there is no need for a large amount of fatty meat.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the chicken into large pieces, rinse and put it in a deep saucepan.

Add bay leaf, black pepper peas, peeled onions and carrots. Pour in cold water and cook for 2.5 hours over low heat.

Fish out the onion and discard, add salt, ground black pepper and cook for another 30 minutes.

Cool the meat slightly, cut into small pieces and arrange on plates.

Add canned corn, green peas and sliced carrots.

Strain the broth through cheesecloth. Take some of the liquid into a separate bowl and dissolve the gelatin in it.

Mix all the broth together and pour into molds with vegetables and meat.

Transfer the plates with the cooled jelly to the refrigerator and leave there for 10 hours.
