- Brie Cheese - 100 g
- Breadcrumbs - 50 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes in a uniform, let them cool, peel and mash into a puree.
Season with salt and pepper and add finely chopped ham.
Form small tortillas, put a slice of cheese in each and roll balls the size of a walnut.
