- Feijoa - 1 kg
- Sugar - 700 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thoroughly rinse the feijoa fruits under running water, cut off the tails and visible damage on the peel.
Put the prepared feijoa into the bowl of a blender with knives, large fruits can be cut into 2-4 parts.
Beat the fruits with a blender until smooth. You can also use a meat grinder for this purpose.
Add sugar and whisk with a blender until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Transfer the finished jam into jars and immediately close the lids. Store in the refrigerator.
