This apple-chocolate mousse with a delicate creamy texture is a ready–made independent dessert. I prefer to serve it with fresh berries and mint leaves, but with nuts or grated bitter chocolate is also good.
Ingredients
- Apples - 4 pieces
- Cocoa - 2 art.l.
- Sugar substitute - 2 tbsp.l .
- Egg yolks - 2 pieces
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Coconut oil - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the apples into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice and simmer under the lid on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Chop the apples with a blender and add sugar substitute and cocoa. Mix it up.
Add the yolks and mix again. Bring the mass almost to a boil, stirring.
Add coconut oil, stir again and remove the cream from the heat.
Spread it on the creamers and let it cool.
