Ingredients
- Pork (skins) – 1 kg
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Bay leaf (ground) – 0,5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Water - 4 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the pork skin thoroughly and dry it with a paper towel.
Rub on all sides with a mixture of salt and spices.
Roll the skin into a roll, tie it with a culinary thread and put it aside for 2 hours.
Place the roll in boiling water and boil for 1.5 hours.
Turn off the heat and do not take the roll out of the water for another half hour.
Remove the roll from the water, cool, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours.
