Ingredients
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 4 pieces
- Saury (canned in oil) – 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the saury from the jar and mash it slightly with a fork.
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop it.
Peel boiled eggs, rinse and cut lengthwise into two identical parts.
Remove the yolk into a bowl, add the saury, chopped onion, salt and pepper. Stir with a fork until smooth.
Stuff the egg halves, put them on a plate and decorate.
