Ingredients
- Nori - 2 of the sheet
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Lettuce - 4 of the sheet
- Greenery - 1 handful
- Sprouted wheat - 1 handful
- Sprouted mash - 1 handful
- Avocado - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the cucumbers and avocado into strips, and cut the nori leaves in half.
Put salad leaves, vegetables, herbs and all sprouts on each leaf.
Lightly moisten one edge of the nori and form tight rolls.
Cut them with a knife soaked in water.
