Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the water, add the washed rice to it and boil until tender.
Mix vinegar, sugar and salt, season the rice and leave to cool.
Cut the nori in half. Put a layer of rice on each half and sprinkle with chopped dill.
Gently press and turn the nori rice down. Cut the vegetables into cubes and put them on top.
Add pickled ginger and cream cheese to the filling.
