Ingredients
- Shrimp (chilled) – 400 g
- Strawberries - 150 g
- Pear (average) – 1 piece
- Avocado (ripe) – 1 piece
- Bow purple - half
- Spinach (baby) – 50 g
- Parsley - 2 twigs
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tsp.
- Honey (liquid) – 1 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Sea salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 600 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the shrimp with boiling water and peel off the shells.
Slice strawberries, pears and peeled purple onions.
Wash the spinach, parsley, shake off the water and chop.
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
In a wide salad bowl, mix strawberries, avocado, shrimp, pear, onion, spinach and parsley.
Add oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, honey and mix gently.
Put the finished salad in portions in beautiful glasses.
