Ingredients
- Tuna (canned) – 1 bank
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Yogurt - 2 tbsp.l .
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the garlic and herbs. I like it best with coriander or parsley.
Cut the avocado into cubes.
Lightly mash the tuna with a fork to make pieces about the same size as the avocado.
Mix the ingredients and season the salad with a mixture of yogurt and Dijon mustard.
Season it with spices to taste.
